This Privacy Policy describes how Two Peninsulas Crafts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit twopeninsulascrafts.net (the “Site”).
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Two Peninsulas Crafts does not directly collect, store, or process personal information from visitors through the Site itself. We do not have user accounts, comment sections, or saved-favorites features.
If you email us — to submit a shop, report a closure, or ask a question — we collect whatever information you include in that message, such as your name and email address, solely to respond to you.
This Site does not currently use Google AdSense or Google Analytics. If we add either in the future, Sections 3–5 below describe how they would collect and use data once active.
2. How Information Is Used
We use email correspondence only to respond to your request and to keep listing information accurate. We do not use, store, or process any other personal data ourselves. If this Site adds Google AdSense or Google Analytics in the future, any data associated with your visit through those services will be governed by Google's own privacy practices, described in Google's Privacy Policy.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Two Peninsulas Crafts itself does not set cookies. This Site does not currently use any third-party service that sets cookies. If we add Google AdSense or Google Analytics in the future, those services would place cookies on your device, set and controlled by Google rather than by us.
Once active, those cookies may be used to:
- Deliver ads relevant to your interests
- Measure ad performance

4. Google AdSense
This Site does not currently use Google AdSense. If and when we add it, Google may:
- Use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites
- Collect device and browser information to measure ad performance
- Use data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use our services
Your choices, once AdSense is active:
- Opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings

5. Google Analytics
This Site does not currently use Google Analytics. If we add it in the future, it would help us understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which shop listings, filters, or search terms are most popular. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, general location at the city or region level, device type, and browser. This data is aggregated, and we would not use it to identify individual visitors.
Once active, you'll be able to opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
6. Email Correspondence
If you email us to submit a shop, report a correction, or ask a question, we retain that correspondence only as long as needed to respond and keep our listings accurate. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.
7. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information. If AdSense or Analytics is added in the future, any data sharing that occurs through those services happens between you and Google, governed by Google's privacy practices linked above. Email correspondence is used internally only, to maintain and update the directory.
8. Data Retention
We retain email correspondence only as long as needed to respond to your request or keep a listing accurate. If AdSense or Analytics is added in the future, data retention related to those services is governed by Google's own retention practices.
9. Your Privacy Rights
If we add Google AdSense or Google Analytics in the future, requests to access, correct, or delete data collected through those services should be directed to Google, via Google's My Activity and Google Ads Settings. To request deletion of an email you sent us, contact us directly (see Section 13).

10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or 16, where applicable under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we add Google AdSense or Google Analytics in the future, data collection on this Site through those services would be handled under Google's own privacy and data transfer practices, described in Google's Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — including when we add services like Google AdSense or Google Analytics. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
